Those girls show great form. They look better than alot of the men boxers. Piago - hope you can see that boxing and martial arts cardio (Tae Bow) is great training for surfing - expecially when combined with stretching for flexibility. Integrate a couple of workouts per week with surfing. You'll feel noticeably stronger in the water and may see a difference in competition. Well done champ(s)!!

Breaka PRO - Garcia and Flores in violent fight
Jeremy Flores was disqualified from the Burleigh Breaka Pro on Saturday after he was involved in fight with a local surfer. The altercation elevated when Sunny Garcia rushed into the water grabbed the local surfer in a headlock and repeatedly punched him in the head.
Andy Irons Memorial - Kauai - 14/11/2010
1,000 friends in a paddle out beyond the rising waves to encircle a double-hull canoe that carried Andy's wife Lyndie, his parents and close friends. On shore, thousands more watched on as Andy's ashes were released into the sea and flowers poured from a helicopter circling above.
