Flat today with strong rising northerly winds - look for a southerly winds change later today and it is looking like some south swell for Sunday with winds NW.

Palliser Bay / Exposed SE Coasts

Small 1ft clean lines and a strong rising northerly wind at report time. South onshore winds change on for later.

Castle Point, Riversdale

Small east lines easing quickly today 2-3ft and winds are westerly offshore and brisk, changing to southwest later this morning - southerly winds on for Saturday and south swell on the way.

Kapiti, Mana Coast

Onshores this morning and a messy 2ft of northwest wind swell with bigger 2.5ft sets - southerly change on for later so will cleanup and could be OK waves later on.
