A fun weekend of surfing as that groundswell slowly kicked in Sunday for East Coast surfers. And how's the water temps, super warm with Jellies, so a real summer feel to getting in the water right now.
Good news for both coasts, the map above is looking really good for the East Coast with that sub-tropo Low dropping into the zone and spurting out some nice ground swell for all East exposed spots - so look for the swell to continue this week peaking mid to late week. Winds will be fresh North / Northeast but offshores (or light sea breeze change) are lining up for Wednesday / Thursday.
West Coast - looking for a new rising WSW groundswell this week - this is looking to start building late Tuesday and peak Wednesday / Thursday (9 sec period). Winds are forecast to go light / seabreezy late week, so maybe some good waves on the cards.
